DISPERSANTS
Dispersants are formulated compounds that are used alone or with enzymes to prevent biofilm formation. They work by reducing or preventing the formation and adhesion of bacterial microcolonies to surfaces.
At AREQUIM CPS, we manufacture high-tech dispersants with functionality across a wide range of pulp compositions and mill conditions for:
-
Dispersal of slime or biofilms
-
Control of stickies (rubber and adhesives)
-
Pitch control
-
Dispersion of starch deposits
-
Dispersion of fats, oils, waxes and asphalts
DYSPERGATOR QBD
The DYSPERGATOR line is a next-generation dispersant containing a blend of organic surfactants that possess excellent demulsifying and dispersing properties to prevent deposits of pitch, fatty acids, resinous compounds, and asphalt, which affect pulp and paper systems.
