I.T. COOLING SYSTEMS

Comprehensive water treatments for cooling systems (open and closed) are formulated with scale and corrosion inhibitors, sludge conditioning polymers, and are complemented with biocides that control microbial growth.

I.T. FABRICS & FELTS

Our comprehensive fabric treatments are formulated with cutting-edge biodegradable surfactants, complemented by passivating agents that make them highly effective in preventing the adhesion of stickies, waxes, and asphalts. They also clean and descale the fabric, preventing poor sheet formation and unnecessary downtime for cleaning the forming fabric.

I.T. RETENTION AND DRAINING

Comprehensive latching and draining treatments are designed to achieve fiber and fines retention rates above 80%, as well as efficient drainage of the paper sheet in all wetted areas of the paper machine. This allows for good sheet formation and a homogeneous moisture profile across the entire width of the sheet, improving machine speed and, consequently, the production of high-quality paper.
